Payment & Cancellation Policies
At the time of booking an advance payment of 30% of the tour cost needs to be made as a security deposit and the balance payment is made 15 days before arrival. Payments can be made by Bank transfer. If you have an American Express Card we can also take payments online. Due to Government regulations we can’t take Master / Visa card payments online, you need to be here physically.
Most hotel have a 15 days cut off date, so any tours cancelled 15 days and less will attract a 100% charge. Cancellation from 31-16 days will attract a 50% cancellation charge. If you are using 5 star chain of hotels like the Taj, Oberoi, ITC and Trident then some hotels have a 45 days cut off as well, meaning if cancelled 45 days and less it will attract a 100% cancellation for that booking.
